ACE announces changes in the Board of Directors

ACE, the Alliance for Beverage Cartons and the Environment, is pleased to announce the following appointments in the ACE Board of Directors starting from 26 November 2018:

• Petra Gerber, representing SIG Combibloc, current member of the Board of Directors, has been elected the ACE President;
• Jannicke Jennsjö, representing BillerudKorsnäs, current member of the Board of Directors, has been elected the ACE Vice President;
• Eija Hietavuo, representing Stora Enso, has been elected as new Board member, taking over from Ola Svending;
• Sabine von Wirén-Lehr, representing Tetra Pak, has been elected as new Board member, taking over from Erika Mink.

The remaining Board member is Marianne Groven, representing Elopak.

 

Commenting on these changes, Annick Carpentier, the Director General of ACE, said: “On behalf of ACE, I would like to congratulate Petra as new President of ACE. We are all looking forward to a fruitful cooperation over the two coming years. I would also like to thank to Ola and Erika for their inspired engagement and good cooperation in previous years.”
